Are you using other sources to write a Christian book besides your translation of the Bible?
Is your truth really true?
I wrote a Christian non-fiction book. While much of what I said only needed a Biblical reference, the places in which I needed truth about another religion, governments, etc, I referenced other religious texts, documents, and so on.
I could never write a book like The Bible. One that changes peoples lives, contains the word of God and lasts throughout the ages. A book that people were burned just for translating it. Unless I were commanded and directed by God to do so.

I cannot go around proclaiming that I have any idea, but the Bible does give us all the answers. The answers are in the interpretations. I really think that to write a successful Christian story or book you cannot just rely on what you believe and you need to write without preaching.
