There is currently a forum thread that discusses plagiarism. On two occasions, I wrote two different articles for two different people . I was given the job in freelancer.com. I was not paid and I left scamsters alone after some pursuing. After a decent interval, I found the articles in Hubpages in two different names. One a gentleman (!) and the other a lady(!!)
When I confronted them, they simply kept quiet. I threatened them with action. No dice!
I tried to raise alarm with Hubpages management. I might as well have dropped a stone in the Pacific and expect it to bounce back.
I forgot all about it, end of story.
Did any one else have this kind of experience?
How much time did you give hubpages to respond, and did you send them a DCMA without your assertion of copyright and contact details?
If you file a DMCA with HP they will respond.
If you write them and say "Hey! I wrote that article under contract and didn't get paid for it" you will likely receive no response. HP has neither the responsibility nor authority to enforce private contracts.

Bloomberg was right. Trump is a con man. The question is which will you prefer? A con man or a liar?It is odd that this election cycle has given us two flawed candidates. You have the former mayor of NYC calling Trump a con man, yet he endorse the DNC hand picked Hillary Clinton - a proven liar....

I was wrongfully accused of spinning an article and threatened with a ban. When I asked for clarification, I was told I used ai and then again threatened with a ban.I found an ai checker online and pasted one of the offending paragraphs in and it said 10% positive for ai. (So I guess 90% not ai??)...

couples? It seems that in this strongly pronatalist society, there is still the underlying premise, the more, the better. People are continuously exhorted to have children by their parents, friends, religion, relatives, and the outer society. Oftentimes, many people have children much...
