I made this Article search program at oxape.com
I would very much like a bit of feedback as to how useful you find it?
search for articles, news, quotes tweets, hubs, etc
All hubs are indexed, if you would like your hub articles to appear on the featured TAB, please let me know.
thanks
oxape,
I really liked having access to search results from a variety of popular sites at the click of a tab. One of the things I noticed is that you have to be a lot more specific on your searches in order to get the results you want from some of the categories.
For example, if I search for "passports" on Google, all the results I get provide information on U.S. passports since that is where I am based. However, searching for "passports" on oxape.com returned results for a lot of different countries from Wikipedia.
Also, the results from the first tab "All" were almost exclusively from either ezinearticles.com or wikipedia.com. At least for the first 5 pages of results. That really doesn't cover all the engines.
Again, I liked having access to results from so many different sources but I think it still needs a few tweaks.
Good luck.
Thanks for your help
ALL TAB this will show ALL results from ALL OXAPES Tabs cutting out all the sites listed on google yahoo etc for that keyword the pages that show are reproduced in google ranked order so I do not have much control over that
I do hear You
Would you find it more useful if that tab returned ALL results?eg NONE stripped out. GOOGLE YAHOO BING....?

Good morning Hubbers!I'm trying to learn on how to make my articles more search friendly, so have been ensuring the title and description match more what an internet user might enter in the Google Search Bar. For example, this article is entitled "Top 5 Haunted Campsites in Wales".This...

Something strange is going on. I have a hub that's been doing really well for years. It was hub-pro edited a couple of months ago and traffic increased by a couple hundred a day. Over the last week or so it's hovered around 750 per day. Overall it has almost half a million views.Today, views are...

I wanted to share two trends I see in content that are very successful today. The first one is what I call the opposing argument to the search term. Google wants balanced search results. You will often see articles that promote a very positive sentiment, but rarely will you see opposing or...

I did a little analysis of my articles in an effort to see why mine and the articles of others have dropped so low in reads. One thing I noticed is the existence of "sponsored ads" at the top of the search result page. These ads are place there by Google in response to the data they have...

One of the problems in getting an article listed in SERPS is that Google now appears to require a more specific set of keywords when a search is performed. They did mention this at the time and said their algorithm would generate results more closely matched to a search term. One of my articles is...

I have a fairly old article which doesn't rank for the first four words from it's title in the first 130 SERP results ("What causes electric shocks"), however there are no other articles with those words at the beginning of the title. Ubersuggest says that there's low competition for the...
