   What would you do if you had a $1,000,000.00 dollars?
   
   How would your life change? How would you use the money?

   1. I would start a non profit for a cause that I feel is most appropriate and fund it with half the money.
   
   2. Buy a house, Furnish the house, Buy an awesome car, High cover Insurance, High Cover health insurance. Put 25% of the remaining in a savings account.
   
   3. Take another 25% and head off to travel and travel till I get sick of it and want to be back to my new, well furnished home.
   
   4. Now I would focus on the non profit organization I started and stay active
   
   So when do I get the money ??

   I would simply open a saving account and keep my money so that i enjoy a healthy interest per month. No job No risk

   I would do a couple of things for myself that I'm not going to discuss here on this hub.
   
   I would also look for opportunities to help others, but I'd do it in as secretive a way as possible because I wouldn't want to receive praise for doing what I feel I should be doing as a compassionate person, I don't 'need' accolades.
   
   I'd pay someone to help me play guitar, all I know is one song right now, so I could really use some, help!
   
   I'd also have some time to follow some of my other creative passions like, painting on re-purposed mediums (old planks etc) making jewelry out of spoons, I'm also making a 'farmhouse' table out of some 100 year old planks that I came across in my travels.
   
   So I guess what I'm saying is, I'd pursue my passion of respecting the planet by using things that would have otherwise ended up in the landfills.
   
   Finally I'd have time, instead of being caught up in the 'daily grind' to let my muses talk to me and point me in the right direction 'spiritually'

   I would buy a nice $100,000 home, fix it up a little. Then I would finish getting my degree in early childhood development and education, along with some business classes. Then open up a nice business handling the stages of childhood development, from pre-natal counseling, parenting counseling/classes to Daycare and toutoring.
        Ahhh but that is just a wonderful dream, unless the money fairy does hear my plea and gives me $1,000,000.00 It would also be nice to raise a nice little family at the time (The reason I would want to buy the house)

   Pay my parents back for the millions they've given me.
   Build a huge indoor complex for youth sports.
   Invest for my children and siblings so they would be set for life.
   Buy some property so I could keep having income for retirement.
   Donate to programs and our local school.
   Buy a few fancy cars.
   Gosh, after that I think I will have spent it all. Bummer

   I would put it in the bank and live off the interest.  After reading all the stories about lottery winners becoming broke in less than 5 years I would be very careful with the money.  The money I make off the interest would be used for buying things and paying my living expenses.  With the current interest rates it is barely enough to live off of but I would still make some money by working.
