   Not that I am aware of, but if you feel it is obscene you should give concideration as to how others might view it. I try my best not to offend anyone, doesn't always work. Bottom line use your judgment. My opinion anyway.

   There has to be a definition of "obscene." Schools have reprimanded students for offensive language on t-shirts. And this varies from school to school even within the same district. Even the American flag has been deemed offensive (obscene?) in predominantly Hispanic schools and the wearer sent home. It depends on the situation, the location, and the people viewing the shirt, as each locale has its own set of guidelines. Even though the language (or symbol) might not be illegal, it could still offensive enough to warrant discipline.

   It really just pours down to morality. There are many things that are illegal but still are widespread and practiced.
   
   If you think something is immoral or bad for the community in general, refrain from it, whether it is legal or illegal.

   In America, if that is where you are from, we have freedom of speech. I'm pretty sure this falls under that catergory. So although it may not be "illegial" for you to wear in public, it would still be offensive, and some places (schools, etc.) may ask you to leave, depending on what the shirt pictured/said.

   I think now that folks are way too easily offended by anything and everything> It's all about choice, if you wear something in public that could be construed as offensive be prepared to hear about it. While not illegal it could cause unwanted problems.

   No it is not illegal for you to wear any t-shirt no matter what is written on it. If your in public that gives you even more of a right to display your "free speech".

   It goes something like that, I forgot the whole quote.
   Congress had to act on this same issue a while back I forget the case though sorry. But, it ruled in favor of the free speech. (thankfully)

   No it's not illegal. It's only appropriate if you "don't care" about offending others. It also displays the moral character of the wearer.

    If you thinks that  it is really bad for wear t shirts with obscene languages in public then it is bad ..But i think there is lots of design t- shirts selling so you can buy it..
