I write here as 2uesday, welcome to my home/profile page.

November 2009..one of my stories was nominated as a potential HubNugget.. (it did not win but a lot of people left nice comments on it and some became my fans).  Here is the page for it.

  About me: I have a design background which I have never quite got around to following through, so creative things are important to me.  My profile images is an old photo that I have altered (yes I was once her and it does seems a long time ago).

I love words, reading or writing them, creative writing and poetry.

 Living is an inspiraiton for my  writing, you soak up all the experiences of your life then you put them into different circumstances and say what if? I have always been a visual person so if I am on a journey I look at what is happening around me. I also find things amusing - like other people saying odd things when they are waiting at the checkout... I play games with words.The less time I have to write the more urgent it feels to write.

 I'm happy when gardening growing flowers, my own vegetables and fruit. I cook hopefully healthy tasty food often using homegrown vegetables.  

 I like to adapt or create my own recipes.

I like taking photos of beautiful places. flowers and my family.

I enjoy painting,sewing, embroidery & knitting. But what brings me the greatest happiness in my life is my family. I loved being a stay at home mum but now my 'chicks' have flown the nest but they are still an important part of our life.

My family holidays have been mostly to Italy and the Greek Islands. As I love taking photos of beautiful places I have been very lucky to have the chance to take the pictures that are in my hubpages.

Sometimes I have a 'little rant' about life but mostly I prefer to look on the bright side.
