I am now at my late 30's and have suffered mentally a lot thinking all the time about the extra weight (about 5 kg)that I had developed a year ago. I, without skipping my meal though made some changes my traditional eating habits, started adopting daily walking habit. No fast jogging, no less eating, but walked about 3 miles a day starting from half a mile at the begining. Within the next three months, I found a dramatic change in my body. My waste reduced to 32" from 34".
