To get DO-follow on your hub pageis it your hubscore or author score that has to be above 75?

I have read several article in differnt places and I am getting two different answers concerning do-follow links on a hub page. I have heard that your hubxcore for your hub page has to be at least a score of 75 and then I have heard that is incorrect... that it is your author score that needs to be above 75. Can someobdy clarify this for me? Thanks

Your question is not very clear. Is it essential to have a hub or hubber score of 75 to get do-follow? However, higher the score (hub or hubber), more are the benefits. I have briefed some of my experiences to improve hub or hubber score. You can take it guaranteed to improve your score above 75 if you read & follow the tips sincerely.
