The easiest way that I've found is to put it on the last page of your paper as you are writing it. Once finished, go to your bibliography page and put it into whatever format is required!
The most common format is MLA style. You can find some good links on how to do it in a google search,
You can vote each answer up or down to show your support or disapproval. You cannot flag an answer, but if an answer receives enough down votes compared to up votes, then it will become hidden.
