Until self professed Christians and self aclaimed Atheists quit throwing interpretations of scripture back and forth at each other;  all that the rest of us can see is DUST in the air.

I love discussing what the scriptures actually say; but nothing irritates me more that being knocked down with INTERPRETATIONS. 2nd. is  Quibbling about the insiginifigant stuff.

It is kinda like what a black friend of mine told me about 45 years ago.  He said "They instigated racism between the black and whites to keep our minds occupied so that we do not pay any attention to what THEY are doing".
He said that what is really goin on is a war between the HAVES and the HAVE NOTS!

Diffrent story  same game plan   peace be with ya

Lol. now this is the type of discussion we need in the religion forums.  We no Christ Exists but lets move on from that and talk more current events like how eventually HubPages will have a real published author and maybe she can get us into Stephen Kings house.  Ohh I bet the religion people are cringing at the thought of Stephen King  lol

HAHA Oh Stephen King....can I bring some friends over for a small party? LMAO How about we invite Dean Koontz and John Saul. HAHA

I do know Monte Schulz! Love that guy such a total sweetheart and like i wrote I felt very at ease talking to him. which is weird for me since I'm so timid around people lol

My 3 fav authors all in one short statement.  I know maybe a bit tacky but it is my fav genre.  read everything King has ever written and just about everything from the other two with a few exceptions.  Frig that would be a hell of a party.  Wish we could get them guys posting in the religion forums.  I doubt i would ever leave  lol

Dude I would be there right with you, Dale haha would love to have them writing in here. And yep all three of my favroties too but for some reason even though I love Stephen King...I can't really read his stuff. I guess I like him more as a person not a writer?

In all honesty his earlier work was much better.  I love the guy but I think the last few years he has gotten by on his name.  I wouldnt mind that name on my bank account though.

          Regardless still a great person.
