If you were Aaron Rodgers would you call Miss America?

I don't know if any of you have been following this, but it was recently announced, since the Packers lost this year in the playoffs, that Miss Wisconsin was voted Miss America during that same weekend.  However, during her acceptance speech, she made a public invite to Aaron Rodgers, as she told him to call her.

Now, according to a recent article, Aaron did see that acceptance speech the night before the loss to the Giants, but he hasn't taken her up on this offer to call her.  He has noted in a recent yahoo sports article that he is proud of her, but he wouldn't say if whether or not he'll call her.

Normally, I could care less about a celebrities' life, but I thought this might be a fun forum topic to discuss anyway.  What do you folks think?  Should Aaron Rodgers give Ms. America a call?  And if so, then what should he say? big_smile

Edit:  By the way, here's a link for more info-  http://sports.yahoo.com/blogs/nfl-shutd … 32552.html

This shouldn't even be a question. As soon as I lost to the Giants, I'd be calling.

lol  I was actually thinking the same thing.  I guess maybe Aaron Rodgers is either trying to keep this quiet from the media, or he could be playing it cool to not come off as too desperate. I'll bet he'll call her eventually though, but he'll probably just say he's calling her to congratulate her on winning Ms. America, but secretly he'll be using it as an excuse to talk to her.

Remember the dust cloud behind the roadrunner...in looney tunes? That is what should be behind Aaron Rodgers the minute he got word of this!

Yes I think he can feel free to call her as long as he is not seeing someone else in a committed relationship first. You only live once. Even if it didn't work out or they don't end up liking each other, Rogers has a chance to go out with the current Miss America. That alone is worth making a phone call in my opinion.

He does?  Okay, never mind then as that changes everything.  Sorry, I didn't know he already had one, as I don't normally keep track of celebrities' social lives.  To quote from the "Wizard of Oz":  "Well that's a horse of a different color."  big_smile  lol

He should call her immediately.  If he doesn't, I would gladly give her my number and she can call me if she wants.
