I thought I had a good one but how do I follow the previous reply.  That was a good one by "written up".  Maybe colorful sand, marbles, or as vases!!!

Thanks, mwales28.  You can also store dry goods in them.

I make hand crafted soy candles, and I spend may hours in search of old jars to re-use for contaiers. It is a great hobby, and the jars can be used over and over. One of my favorite thing about the candles I make is that I re-use things and give them new purpose. If a container is not appropriate for a candle, then I like to layer odd things in them for decorating. It is fun to use your imagination, there are all sorts of ideas, just look around. go to some high end stores and look in the home decor sections for ideas. Pintrest is another good place, so is esty.com. Hope that helps, C.

    - Homemade candles.
    - Glasses to drink out of.
    - Storage containers for flour, sugar, ect.
    - Use in bathrooms for a tooth brush holder, tampon holder.
    - Fill with poppery for a nice smell.
    - Make for decorations (small candles inside) decorate for each holiday (Halloween, - Christmas, thanksgiving, ect.)
    - Plants (A small herb) let it grow in the window seal of your kitchen and use for cooking.
    - Fresh cut flowers (vase)
    - Use it for containers for food on the go. Put a salad in it (shake salad) and it's easy to clean.
    - Put crayons, pencils, markers, and all that into an organized area so it's easy to find.
    - Candy holders, and help keep candy fresh.

And lots of other ideas as well!
