    Have you had success lately with the OpenYouTubeActivity lately?

    I saw your answer to the YouTube intent question: http://stackoverflow.com/a/11713967/522660.  I have been trying this week without success with this jar or java file... it seems I get failures when trying to download the direct link after parsing the get_info.  I seem to get successful token but activity gets an "Unable to play this video" MediaPlayer error (1,-1004).
    Have you recently had success or has the API changed preventing use of the get_video option?

    Yes. I am able to use it with no issues recently. I actually posted the answer just right after I used it. I am not sure about this error.
    There is an option in youtube not to allow a video to be played on mobile devices. may you are accessing one of such videos. First try some video which you can open through youtube app.
