just need some help after reading your hub "Using SheToldMe for Perks on Hubpages".
when you say just copy and paste a news article into the description field, i don;t get it. because earlier in your hub you said to write a 2-3 sentence description? please help.
Hi Thomas,
Sorry about the confusion. I believe what I said was to copy and paste the first paragraph or two into the description field, to make it easier to rewrite. At least that's why I meant to say! Basically, you'll want to paraphrase the most important features of a news article: what the story is about, what the problem is, and what the conclusion or remedy is. Usually, you'll find the answers to all three of those questions in the first paragraph or two - so copy and paste the first paragraph into the "description" field, rewrite it in just a few sentences, and then delete the stuff you've copied and pasted.
I hope this helps!

Some weeks back we were warned about Google having some issues with She Told Me. Does anyone know if it is safe to put my Google ID back on that site?

Is it possible to submit your hubpage to too many bookmarking sites to get backlinks? I have...only submitted my sites to a couple (shetoldme, digg, xomba), and after having good google rankings, suddenly my pages have fallen off the face of the earth.

and Snipsly. This is a Four fold question.1.) Should you really do it? I've heard that it might not be a good idea to add your ID to these pages as your link could be worth a lot less in Google's eyes if they see you've linked from one page to the other and both have the same adsense...

I have been away from online activities for some time now. I wanted to renew my online marketing but noticed that shetoldme now charges for membership. Am wondering if it is worth paying for its membership due to the clamp on bad links. Any suggestion would be appreciated. Thanks
