    On a Southern California Visit, what are some must see things to do?

    For people going to Orange County area, what are you best tips for must see things to do?  It is south of Los Angeles area, and my boys and I are going there this summer. Thanks for any ideas.

    We like being out in nature, from the ocean area to the mountains and hills there.  We want to not travel too far, for time's sake from that area.

    I grew up in So. California and a summer wouldn't have been summer without a trip to Disneyland and Knott's Berry Farm.  So you can drive to the beach and drive from El Segundo (LA County) to San Pedro on Pacific Coast Highway and see some awesome little towns and beautiful coastline.

      These were the exact things I'd mention. Lots of great beaches with boardwalks...and lots of orange groves to ride one's bike through. Santa Ana foothills are very pretty. :0)  Leguna Beach and Huntington Beach are also lovely.
