I grew up in New Hampshire and started writing poetry when I was 11 or 12. My first poem was written while visiting my Grandparents on their farm in Maine. My Grandfather enjoyed poetry and He gave me a book of collected poems by Edgar Guest for my birthday and I kept writing and reading ever since. I also enjoy writing short stories - usually about the crazy situations that my children or the various animals on our farm get me into and few I got my self into. I look forward to adding more and reading other writers works.
