Michael Claffey has been writing on and off the grid for the past fifteen years. Once, an active member of "Springboard" a private literary magazine that ran between the UK and Ireland for writers and poets, but regretfully, since retired.

Much of Michael's writing is a fond reflection of when word spread 'to those in the know.' the old traditional way, via mail. He's won some awards for his articles and poetry, now featured in various places around the web.

Over the years Michael's been active within a variety of writing groups and forums, where his main interest and talents have been producing original articles, essays & poetry, he's also helped other writers by conducting exclusive author interviews, posted to the blog -highlighting various literary achievements for up and coming Authors.

Michael's main niche and experience are in health-related articles, general interest topics & poetry. (A writer who likes to think outside the box and challenge contemporary views.)
