Editor's Choice Retired

Earlier this week, HP Staff announced that we are retiring the Editor's Choice program. Editor's Choice was a program intended to identify and reward very high quality articles for additional recognition on HubPages and via our official social media channels. However, we found that the EC program took a great deal of time and effort from staff members and did not help articles gain traffic as we had hoped. We have chosen to focus our efforts instead on selecting and editing for the HubPages Network Sites, which have demonstrated a great deal of success so far. Please stop by the official forum post to read the full announcement and feel free to post any questions you might have related to EC retirement.

What Will Happen to Former EC Articles?

Articles that were previously Editor's Choice are included in the queue to be selected for Network Sites. We expect to find a home for most, if not all, former EC articles on the appropriate Sites. But since it has been a while since EC articles have been reviewed by staff and some policies have changed since, we recommend reviewing the articles you wish to be selected to make sure they comply with our Editorial Policy Guidelines.
