It depends :)
If she has a nice cozy kennel with a blanket (Or mat / rug / carpet, etc..) and the temperatures aren't too extreme, that should be fine.
You would probably want a kennel with a removable roof, since you are going to be doing a lot of cleaning in there once she has her puppies.
Just make sure that once she has the puppies you can put a board in front of the kennel's exit to keep the puppies inside. Just 15cm/6in high to prevent the puppies from getting out, but still allow mom to go outside.
Once they get a bit bigger and you start letting them out, make sure that you can keep them in an enclosed area on the porch.
