I choose cats over dogs because cats are so mellow and relaxed. They are good for company keeping and are very intelligent. I have two cats, one of which followed me home when I was eight or nine and the other that we adopted when I was only three (yes she is very old). The older is also a wild cat, but has become accustomed to the indoor lifestyle. I love them both very much and appreciate their company.
Oh and I am not, in any way, say that I dislike dogs; I just prefer cats over dogs . Dogs are basically all of the things I enjoy in cats as well, but there is just something about cats that I prefer over dogs. *shrug*
