It really depends on the dog's weight and the disposal option selected. A private cremation (where you get the ashes back) costs more than a communal cremation, (where you will not get the ashes back). If the dog is small it may range from 93.00 to 150.00, medium to large dogs may cost between 100.00 to 250.00. Of course, this varies from pet clinic to pet clinic, expect to pay more if the vet will come to your home. Shelters and low cost clinics may charge less and it never hurts to ask around if finances are an issue.
