Actually, an adult organism can not do anything with milk. But if it absolutely has to be milk, goat milk is preferable. Why? In contrast to cows, goats eat very selective. This means they are looking for good herbs and thus the milk is also more valuable and nutritious than cow's milk.
Yes, goat's milk is better for you than cow's milk. It is easier for the stomach to digest. Some people that are intolerant to lactose can drink it.
