Pit bulls should not be considered a dangerous dog no matter what the mix is. You cannot classify a breed of dog dangerous, as each dog within the breed is an individual. That's almost like saying all Italians are evil and dangerous bc of the Italian mafia.

With good genetics, training, and socialization, any dog can be a good dog no matter the breed.

With improper care, training, health, and socialization, any dog can be dangerous no matter the breed.

Ignorance is what tells people entire breeds are dangerous. If you are scared of a dog bc of the breed, then you should not have that dog or a mix of that dog.

Well that depends on what you teach it. Dogs only do what they learn. Like kids learn from their parents how to behave. So do dogs. Just because it has pittie in it doesn't mean it's going to be a vicious dog. Pit Bulls are some of the most gentle breeds around out of 121 dog breeds. I have one and he's such a big baby that people find him funny. I'll admit, when they first see him they shy away from him, but he's a pittie mix not pure. He is the biggest lover around. So in short, the answer is NO.

No, breed does not determine whether a dog is "dangerous" or not.
