I think humans are the terrestrial animal that kill other humans the most often. We are, after all, a part of the animal kingdom.
The rats. The diseases they carry killed countless people. Just think about the plague - it killed 2 thirds of the population of Europe.
Technically it's mosquitoes as Malaria kills more people every year than any other disease. I mean even the fleas that gave us the Bubonic Plague wouldn't be much more than a whimper when compared to all the malaria victims ever. After this I am guessing domestic animals like cows and chickens are probably pretty good heavyweights when it comes to spreading diseases to people.
