Guinea eggs are good. They are smaller than a small grade chicken egg. The shell is harder, and they are every bit as good as a regular egg. I buy fresh eggs from a friend that raises chickens, and she gives me 3-4 guinea eggs along with the others. If you have the opportunity to try them, you will be happy with the taste.
