What have you dressed your dog up in for fun?
I don't normally dress up my dogs for fun, but couldn't resist trying two pairs of wellington boots on Grey Lady below.
My daughters love to dress up our Chihuahua with their tiny doll clothes. A full ensemble! Poor dog just looks at them like, "what next?"
I bet it looks very cute! And I'm sure it enjoys being part of whatever the girl's are doing.
No. I believe in the inherent dignity of the animal and I don't think dressing them up is a good idea. It is possible to embarrass and humiliate a dog. Can't do it, my dogs are my best friends.
I can certainly empathise with with your answer Duffsmom, but I think it depends on the dog, Grey Lady was both dignified and hilarious - at work I once caught her trotting back to my department with a bag of cakes stolen from another section.
You get to take your best friend to work? Now that would be very cool. :-)
I did at my first job which was at an agricultural college = everybody had dogs in their offices and whilst working round the farm - lots of border collies and terriers - so Grey stood out! It was great having them all around.
I haven't dressed up either of my dogs (not sure they would sit still long enough) but I have a great photo of my friend's Golden retriever in full pirate gear that I must dig up.
Please do post it here if you find it - it sounds good.

What are your feelings on how you should dress for church?Do you feel that people should dress up (dresses, dress pants, shirt/tie) when attending church? Or do you prefer the "come as you are" attire (casual, blue jeans)? If you prefer one or the other, why do you feel this way?
