How can I take good care of my baby rabbit?
I lost my first baby pet rabbit and am thinking of getting another soon.....Kindly advise me about the points to remember of rabbit care for the first few days....
Make sure the bunny is old enough to be away from mum... 6 weeks at least! Get bunny checked by a vet to ensure no genetic/ breeding issues. Slowly change diet- this can be important as baby bunnies don't have the best gut bacteria yet, so slowly introduce new pellets or fresh food... Also, avoid feeding lettuce, it can be poisonous. I googled harmful foods for bunnies, you'd be surprised what you find!
I made a Hub on what to feed baby rabbits. You may want to check it out.

Why is my rabbit swaying back and forth? He seems to have always done this, and he is definitely not shaking or frightened. But he just sits in his cage and sways at times. Why is that?
