    I didn't learn to knit on the internet, but I've found A LOT of helpful videos at knittinghelp.com.  They have videos for the beginning stitches all the way to more difficult techniques.  Also have a list of knitting abbreviations and free patterns:  http://www.knittinghelp.com/videos/learn-to-knit

      Wow. Thanks. Have you ever made a how to article or video on knitting? I'd like to but I don't know how to get the proper angle since I only know how to make videos w my cell. I'd have to hold it in my mouth lol. My hubby isn't too keen on helping.

    I haven't learned completely online but I did learn a certain pattern and then had trouble remembering it so did a youtube search and managed to find an instructional video for that pattern. It was extremely helpful. I think I could have learned just from that.

      Thanks. I will check it out. Check out my response above to the other commenter. Have you or do u know how to make a knitting video? I can't figure it out bc of the angle my phone has to be for a viewer to see my hands properly. ??
