Can i do a mosaic of Betty Boop without permission as long as it is my own work.
You may create works of art that are based on established and recognized characters as long as the new work is entirely your own. This is known as fan art and no permission is necessary.
Trying to pass off the character as your own is illegal. For more information look up the terms "derivative works" and "parody."

I just set up my profile today and used my own pics. In your hub you show pics and videos...where do you get the pics/videos, and do you need permission to use them? Thanks for any help you can give me.
