Will the HubPages software recognise my hub content is original if I cut and paste?

I have original content written and sent from my partner's computer that I want to use for a hub.  I appreciate that copy and paste is not acceptable. Will the HubPages software  recognise that the article is original content?

Their plagiarism checkers are so strong. can recognize any content if it is copied from web. @Jbern117 @ Sarah Masson...There is no issue if you are cutting it from word and pasting it on hub, cut paste is only for web content...

HubPages checks for duplicate content on the internet. Since you are copy and pasting the information from a word document, it isn't uploaded online (even if you got that word file from an email attachment). If you had posted that article on a web forum or some other website, then HubPages would throw up the warning flag. (They're very prompt about telling you when you have a duplicate). It is actually a very good idea to write your articles in a text program first, because it makes for easier editing and you have a backup copy, if something happens to your hubpages account.
