Best Camera for Macro Photography
What's a good autofocus SLR and lens combo to get started with macro photography?
Almost any quality 35mm SLR or DSLR camera will do the job adequately, as far as lenses Canon makes the EF 100mm macro lens. You can also use 50mm or 55mm lenses with a graduate magnifying photo lens. With care this combo offers good quality shots.
I recommend a 35mm SLR camera with the EF 100mm macro lens. Canon EOS T2i will be perfect.
