What Camera Lenses Would You Recommends For Beginner Photographers Buying their First D-SLR & Why?
What lenses would you recommend for any beginner photographers out there? Should they stick with the lens that comes with their new D-SLR camera, or spend a little extra and get....which lens?
For Fashion Photography or taking pictures of people, my choice is canon 18mm to 55mm lens. Because 18 to 55 is a reasonably sharp lens, even wide open and very good at F/8. From my opinion, its also look like a professional. Zooming quality excellent. Easy handling.
Personally I would go with the Nikon, depending on budget you can get a D3100 for around £400 if you have a bit more money to splash out the D5100 is also a great camera to start with at around £600, the ease of use for a biginner in the Nikon range is a great way to pick up everything you need to know. The kit lens you get with there bundles is usually the 18-55mm sometimes you can get a 55-200mm as well for a little bit more money. these are great lens's to start with. If you want a quality lens with a wider aperture there is a fixed focal length lens which is 35 mm with an aperture of 1.8 which you can get for £160 This all depends on what your photography style turns into with what lens you end up buying, hope this is of use to you.
