    Are turtle necks still in?

I think turtle neck jumpers are a never ending winter trend.
Being a hijabi and trying to keep up with trends turtle necks gives you the best cover up and look for day out with a jewellery around the neck. Im still loving it. #Topshop

Who CARES what's fashionable.  Wear what suits you.  I veer on the more modest side of clothing.  I love midi & maxi dresses.  I also love turtlenecks.

I don't really care for turtlenecks myself because I feel that they are too restricting.  I prefer cowl necks which are looser.  But go for what you like as G M W says

Not for guys...at least for the last decade or so. I used to have them, mostly for snowboarding or skiing in the mountains.great way to keep the snow out.

Turtlenecks are the kind of things that never goes out of style--they're not really in style--they're neutral, like jeans. It's always okay to wear turtlenecks in winter.

Of course they are still in. How is the turtle supposed to stick his head out of the shell. Seriously............ I don't worry about fashion. Only fashion I care about is if I like it. If I like it, it's in fashion. At least in my world
