Great multi-tasking idea. Might as well do it if you're going to be in there for a while. Voted up.
I do breathing exercises to help me calm down and search the radio stations for something that I can sing to. The radio always helps me when in traffic.
I do this too, the breathing helps to be more patient...so does the music.
I mostly try to be patient...listen to music, take a couple of deep breaths. I will go a different way if possible.
Nice answer all, very helpul to help others to get perspective that we can still do many good things during traffic jam instead being stressful. :)
