I have a 2003 Ford Escape that has a power steering leak. I have replaced the power steering...
pump and hoses but it's still leaking. It only leaks when the Escape is turned off.
It think it is also leaking when not turned off but the heat of the engine is making the leak evaporate that is why you see no leak on the pavement or wherever you are parked. You should also check the container of the power steering fluid not just the pump and the hoses.
