Depends on the car and on the people. If you're looking for a 1/3 or half lift, one person strong enough can do that. If you're looking for a full lift, it would take at least 2 extremely strong people and a fairly light car.
it depends on the car model and weight of the car, if it is more, then more people needed do it.
