What cause the car pull to one side when you apply brake at 60 km/hr?
Bad tires. You may also need an alignment. Cars naturally come out of alignment over time. They will always need one if it has been wrecked.
Totally agree with cj. It could be bad tires or an alignment problem OR BOTH. These problems can decrease your fuel milage and further wear down your tires so it would be best to get it fixed soon.
I'll third alignment or tires. The car should naturally go straight. It is possible that your car needs an alignment. It may also have been misaligned in the past which caused the tires to wear in such a way that they're causing the problem. Should be pretty easy to address at any shop.
I know Im offering a possible cause after the fact, but it could also have been a brake calliper; the pistons inside can sometimes seize up, and cause uneven braking. Over time, this can lead to the car pulling to one side when braking.
