Does anyone know the legalities of carrying passengers in a van not factory equipped with seatbelts?
My 1990 Mitsubishi bravo 3 cylinder minivan does not have seat belts for the back seats. I live on Vancouver Island in British Columbia, Canada. Does anyone know if it is legal to carry passengers without the seatbelts? they were not a factory option.
Sorry I can't answer your question because I don't live up there. I do know that in most states in the US, you have to get seat belts installed if they're not there from the factory.
