how does Sexual harrassment compare to Bully in the Work place
Is the Bully in the Work place similar to Sexual harassment as it was 20 years ago
Sexual harassment these days is mostly conducted with electronic equipment designed to :break you down, make you interpret reality in ways that certain words/phrases will stick out in your mind........making you feel "molested". It COULD BE DETECTABLE if you could fit someone with the right equipment to register higher energy levels when the person notes the pain. This could at least provide for an argument that it exists and such people are not "crazy" and that sexual harassment in the workplace is rampant. It's simply worded and accompanied by the right type of electronic harassment to make it ALMOST INVISIBLE. The "bullying" is mostly in the form of intentionally stressing-out the worker while "stalkers" bully you with words/electronic harassment. Could it be an organization based on a type of sex do this? My answer: yes.
