Be positive about our own product but never be negative about competitors product.
Persistence is key to marketing. It rarely happens quickly, but when you continue to persist with your efforts then you reap the rewards.
Really understand your potential customers. Figure out how your service or product best helps your customers solve their problems. Know when your service is the best fit and when it is not. Always market to the best fit. When your service/product is not the best fit, provide information on how prospects can solve problems. Be ready to recommend other service providers, when appropriate. This way you build a reputation as a trustworthy, knowledgeable expert in your industry.
