1-/- should i at this stage make a statement on how i would like to tackle tasks according to the informations i have on the compagny?
2-/- what should i include specifically concerning the date i wish to start, relocation related questions, ...

If yes, then you need to send relevant resume or CV to the Employer and with your salary expectation and notice period send reply mail.
