I don't think it's any one thing, but confidence does a lot. If you actually know you can do the job, it shows in the way you conduct yourself during the interview.
Not cocky, though. Overplaying the confidence angle can sometimes incite the person to purposefully pass you over.

After a 5-day week-end for us (Dec. 30 to Jan. 3), it's back to work tomorrow . I don't think I'm in the mood to work yet .
