I was recently taking off workers comp by the insurance company there doctor says i can work...
with no restrictions, but my doctor wants to keep me off pending mri,xrays.etc.so i go to an ime appointment with the insurance companies doctor,2 weeks later they tell me i can go back to work with no restrictions.my employer sent me a letter saying call them to put me back on the schedule, what should i do,by the way iam in michigan.
First I would talk to your doctor about it let him know whats going on, if he insists you do not go back to work I would call the labor board in you state, and explain to them what is going on, they will advise you what to do from there, many times the labor board will take care of the matter for you.
