Are jobs really hard to find in your area?

They go on about "no" jobs available, yet in San Antonio, Texas, there are so many "now hiring" signs out there. And this weekend at Fredricksburg for the Oktoberfest, there were now hiring signs. How about where you live?

I live in Columbus OH and it is okay for the job market, but it could be better.  I have seen more job postings lately so I think it has picked up.

    Have  a great day smile

Wow, that's good to hear for Ohio, you guys have been hit pretty hard. Texas for some reason has always been fortunate when it comes to the economic issues. We are the last to feel it and as we are getting hit, the rest of the US is coming out of it and so we don't get hit as hard.  Texas does have a large number of government businesses though, which doesn't hurt.

California is ridiculously bad. I'm in construction our office is less than a third of what is was before the downturn, and it isn't getting any better.
