if i got fired for calling in sick does the company still have to pay me my expected commission?
I called in sick and got fired I was waiting on commission and now because i got fired they wont pay me my expected commission and all the deals have already gone through. Are they obligated to pay me that commission?
Sick time benefit is strictly Company paid that can be revoked due to violation of its policies - such as you may have been exposed to. It may become an EEO issue if Company applied such Policy differently at similar situations,
