What if you finally got the promotion that you had been working for?
What if after 3 years of hard work, you were finally promoted to a management position, but you suddenly found out that you had to leave your integrity behind? What if you realized after your promotion that your company was really mistreating and abusing the hourly employees, and you were expected to do the same?
You can not change a system by fighting or resisting it. You will only get your ass kicked it. Get in the management, blend in quickly; then slowly effect changes.
