Does anyone use Yahoo Site Explorer?
I have found that although it is the most thorough backlinks measuring tool, sometimes it says that there are no backlinks to your site, others it gives you the real amount. Anyone experienced this? I know that I am not typing the URL in wrong whenever this problem happens.
Yes, I use it to see what links exist to websites. I use it alone or I use it coupled with Search Status. If I am trying to outrank someone this tool is helpful to see how competitive to be! Thank you, Nikki D. Felder
I have used it and it picks up most links but not all. To be honest though, non of the back link tools pick up every link. The best you can hope for is to choose one and stick with it and over time you will get a general trend as to whether links are growing or not.
Personally I use SEOMOZ's opensiteexplorer as it provide details on the anchor text as well.

As per the advice of many Hubbers I’ve tried to sign up on Shetoldme, but can’t seem to find their sign up button / page anywhere. A while ago I saw another Hubber comment on experiencing the same problem. Does anyone know what’s going on there? Thanks to all.

Does anyone know why a featured hub would only show up in a Yahoo search but not a Google one?
