    I am facing a hostile work environment while working at a prison

    I am currently suing a state prison because my back was injured during a duty outside of my duty statement and since then  behavior from the supervisor an the institution has been hostile or example I was battered by a teacher a fellow co-worker cause I too an an instructor and as procedure according to the rules of the institutions that individual should have been fired but instead I find myself at the same training sessions with the same gentleman which stressed me out the whole time its difficult me for me to deal with this hostile environment what do I do?

    you say it's difficult for you to deal with a hostile work enviroment but you work for the prison system. i'm confused because not many jobs have a more hostile work enviroment so why would you even work there to begin with. suing a company because you did something that wasn't part of your job description is kind of silly to me. sorry to sound rude but perhaps you should get a new carreer and drop the lawsuit.
