Do you believe you need to train constantly in order to sell more successfully?
For some, yes. It's more about keeping motivated, in my opinion. Those who can sell, sell because they act naturally, not like they are spieling off whatever they are told to say in training.
Be yourself & know your product & you 'will sell,' those who are 'false' do not inspire confidence or build any kind of bond with their potential customer -a very common issue in my experience.
I personally manage over 55 strip malls and malls and i can tell you there is always room to grow in the sense of pitch, approach, technology (i have increased my market substantially by proper online marketing), rate, etc. Once i have stopped learning new things.. my mission will be accomplished.. but that is why i love sales so much.. i am always learning something new . -
Trainings can enhance your skills and give you information, but unless you use them, it's practically useless. You won't succeed in sales if you don't sell no matter how much training you get. .
