If you were put into a high position and given so much responsibility, would you abuse it?
Why do most people who are put into a high and powerful position become so tempted to use it to their advantage?
The only way you can abuse "responsibility" is to not accept it and act on it. "Power" is a different thing. Many want to be in charge in a given job because they see the job as having "power". Most folks would say that being the President of the United States is the most powerful job one could obtained. That is true but I guarantee you that finding that power is not always easy. With power normally comes responsibility and accountability. If you pay a keen attention to either, they will balance the power such that you cannot find a way to really abuse it because you are attempting to live up to your responsibilities. Power is not what it is always perceived to be and the consequences of using it sometimes far outweigh the benefit for that moment in time. WB
i honestly don't think i would abuse it other then if i became something like the Prime Minister, a lot of people getting political favours would instead get a kick in the butt.
